Im struggling to understand MLO

Hello,i have played a few matches on MLO now and t is getting quite apparent to me that its a very popular game mode.. but i dont understand the part of it where people are saying players become in and out of form and where i find this ... also on FUT (Fifa ultimate team) you can buy packs to make it easier to gain players and money ... is there anything on MLO what is like that as i have already seen teams with the likes of Aguero,Silva and Vidic

If you go to buy a player, keep pressing R2 or right trigger and eventually it will come up with an arrow. The direction of the arrow determines his form.

They are;

Upwards (red) - the best form
Upwards right (orange)
Right (green) - standard
Down right (blue)
Down (gray/purple) - the worst

You can see this on your game plan by pressing R1 aswell.

The form seems to last for a day and seems to go in cycles, so will start with green go up to orange then red then down to orange then to green then to blue then to grey then blue then to green again etc.

There are no packs! which is a good thing, people shouldn't be able to buy success buy adding player packs, one of the things I hate about Fifa. However people in france and spain and asia and germany got the game released 2 weeks earlier than other countries so they have had a head start - also very unfair. It means the players cost alot more aswell because more people own them.
