Import kits from 14 to 15?

I'm wondering can I export kits from 14 and import them to 15? What I'm trying to do is change the file name from PES14 to PES15 in order to get my xbox 360 to read it as a PES15 file and copy it to 15. I was trying to use Horizon to change this. Surely its possible to change the name, or someway? Although, I know the kits might not be compatible with 15 anyway. I would appreciate any input!
