I noticed this feature is not present in the game, but I read rumors that it will be added with the second DLC. How true is this?? I want to start creating "La Liga Adelante" but I don't want to lose my work when I install a OF with everything else added ( Premier, real names, etc).

It has been confirmed by Adam Bhatti (Konami Community Manager) that team import/export and player base copy will be back with the November update

No exact date yet, just sometime in November!

No, because there are many people in the net making OF's so there's no need ( I really appreciate that). I even found a OF that will included Liga Adelante ( in progress). I'm not a OF maker, I just did one last year because I couldn't find a OF with Liga Adelante. I'm going to wait until the export/import feature is available again and "mix" OFs from different makers and maybe retouch and change teams/leagues to my taste. However, I'm not releasing a OF like I did last year.
