I know its kind of an unusual request given we are in April but can someone please tell me how to do this before i go out of my mind !? All my staff are on level 3 and i know there is a way to raise their level but i've completely forgotten how to do it, and it seems like i've clicked every option a thousand times.

Is it in club house or team office ? Or is there only a certain time in the season you can improve them ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to wait until the closed season.

Go to the menu screen that has the calendar, not the calendar its self but the screen where you can chose it, one of the options lower down, under expected earnings i think, has costs or outgoings or something. open this option and they will all be there.

each one will be open for upgrades.

Go to "Team Office" - "Operating Costs".
