I am in my first season in d2 (national championship) using blackpool, I do not have enough money after I paid my staff I started out with 6,000,000 after paying my staff I have about a 100,000,000 dollars left, I need a nice young center back, not looking for a star obviously because I do not have the money and I am not top class club. I have tried looking for some low budget signings but every chance of signing is like 2%. I may not buy any center backs till next season when I move up to ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE, but I need a good list of real center back players and GOAL KEEPER if possible. Thank you.
