For all of us here in the US wanting to import the EURO version at the end of this month. Who can we contact at Konami or elsewhere to make sure that we will indeed be able to log on and play online? and also maybe ask them if when the US version is released if we will be able to play against people with that version with our Euro game. Its very expensive to import it, with the US Dollar being so crappy at this time, and shipping fees, it comes to over $70 for it. Im willing to pay but it would be nice to know if online play will work!

They did this for PES2007. Didnt come out til like February in the US.
I'd really like to know also if PES2008 EURO version will be compatible in the USA for the PS3 console using both online and offline content of the game.
I was going to order the European version as well from the following site until I saw towards the bottom of the page that there is a region code on the game and it will only play on the European consoles. PS3 is region free so my best guess is that Konami put the code in the game.
Guess we have to wait till whenever it comes out here in the US.

I'm on the US too and I usually order the PES games from gogamer.com for the PC version. It's no listed on the website yet, but they always have it to purchase 2 or 1 day before the release date. They also have fast shipping.
As to play online on Europe servers, I'm almost for sure you will be able to play online since this was possible for PS2.

seems like my TV does not support the multisystem tv signal...
is there any contraption that i can plug into that'll allow me to convert the signal so that my TV will be able to receive the signal?
