i quote myself now and all...

i just tested this indoor pitches with the x-group 1.3 on the xbox and they work a treat, even better than PC!!!

Because the files comes with .bins, all you have to do if 'Import Files by Name', insert them and they should overwrite into your 0_text.afs.

You have to export the .bmps within the .bin manually, and then put them inside the PS2 version yourself, then it should work fine.

These pitches are very good, it gives a new feel to the game, the ball physics are the same i guess but just the look of it.
