International competition group randomizer not random

Hey everyone
Just bought Pes 2016 and really enjoying it though one thing is really bugging me. When I go to randomise groups for international competition I always get the same teams in the group, for example I'll always end up in a group with one of the following teams for International.Cup

Uzbekistan and Panama with Sweden, Turkey or Austria being the 3rd team
Iceland UAE and Uruguay
Iceland Thailand and Venezuela

For the new Euro 2016 DLC
I Seem to get paired with the same teams;
Switzerland and Israel paired together or Switzerland Ukraine and Slovakia
Poland Ukraine and Slovenia
So there it is the group random function doesnt seem to be very random I get paired with the same teams every time i randomise and never get any other team

Why won't you choose the teams yourself?

I could do, though I find it more fun to randomise to get different teams, i have to do it manually online as a workaround.
It's still a broken element of the game whereas in previous games it worked.
