Well, i've got this award today, and its seems kinda tricky.
I think i found the way to do it, probably this isn't the only way of getting it, but at least works for sure.
- Be Player of the Match in all games:
There are 7 matches to play in the World Cup, just be sure of being the man of the match. When you play looks like the game never says when you are choose as MOM, but yet you are. Just go to your player information, in your national team career stats, you will notice that you can see how much games have you played in this season, and in how much you been the MOM. Just be sure that the amount of games played are the same as the MOM (should be 7).

I remember waiting till international cup 2018 to get this award, but by doing this i've got it at 2014
