Hello, just figured I'd let you guys now that I'm working on an option file for US PS2 gamers playing PES2008. :)

This would be the first option file that I make available to other users.

Luckily for you, I'm a very picky person so I will try to get this file as close to perfection as I can.

This is also a thread where you can make suggestions (or give tips) on what you want on the file.

I'll just make this straight-forward.

As of now; I'm working on the EPL kits, emblems, logos, and squads. (Will update everything else too, so don't worry).

What I will try to include; youngsters that aren't already in the game. I will be using Wikipedia as a reference. For example, the several players that are Arsenal's squad--that I did not know of btw. XP Also, I will try to update most, if not all, international kits, emblems, logos, and squads.

I will take requests for the additional clubs in League C. These will be included based upon popularity votes.

Everything should be up-to-date by [TBA] and I will try to keep updating on this. Several formats: Max Drive, X-Port, CodeBreaker, among others.

So yeah, I got lots of stuff to work on. :)

As for a suggestion, I think an MLS All-Star team would be cool. I think it would be cool to use MLS players against European teams, but it would probably need to be a selection of the best players because individual MLS teams would not be able to compete at the same level as EU clubs.

By the way I got a question too..I would lie to as u because you might be pretty good at option file..

Recently, I bought the PES 2008 for PSP in USA, which would be a us version, what option can I use..I really look forward to you guys' kindness and helpfulness. Thanks very much...

I have been waiting for a PES 2008 USA PSP option file for days..which I have already tried nearly all option for PSP but it did not work..can anyone give me one?

I ask it this waybecause i have heard that option file canbe transferrred between PSP and PS2

Couple of Brazilian and Argentinian teams there would be good or better yet you should create some of the teams that are playing the libertadores cup for example Coco Colo from chile and so on. of course Boca Juniors have to be there too. good luck. and thanks.

I have a US PS2 version, and will be getting PES2008 US version, This sounds great, little suggestion, Maybe you could put the Euro All -Stars, World All -Stars, and the League All-stars for MLS, EPL, Spainish, Dutch, French, Italian :)

Will defenatly be downloading this file, sounds promising Good Luck:thumbsup:

Good luck to you mate :). I know how painstaking it can be to be an OF editor AND a perfectionist :p.

Quick note to everyone. As soon as I've got a bit of spare time, I think I'll work on the first PS3 OF with The Premier League and Championship complete (may steal a OF base off somebody for the other teams in the game to save starting from scratch).

Do you think your OF will differ much from the OF Red_Town & Pategato are working on? If so, what would you say the big differences are?

Any or all Championship teams in your OF would be fantastic; particularly clubs like West Brom, Charlton, Stoke, and other top clubs.

Since your O.F.is US region would you include some of the top Clubs from south,central America and MLS?That it'll be astonishing.Good luck and thanks for think on help others.

If it's true that Pategato and Red Town have lost their W.I.P. OF, all eyes would fall on you. What's your thoughts?

As far as I know they still working on it but any way we still expectant to Sith_Anakin's as well,and it's great to have another OF for US users,so thanks for your hard work Sith_Anakin!!

adding mls teams and central american teams would be awesome....you dont really need an option file with all the bundesliga only some of them are worth making like brussia dortmund stugart and bayern leverkusen...any idea on when this maybe be completed?

I just want to apologize to those awaiting my file. I haven't had much free-time to actually work on the file as I'm having to catch up on much work for my classes. But now, I am on my Spring break, I got an entire week off--I intend to spend some of that time on this option file for you guys (and me of course xD). Again I apologize for the delay.

As for progress, I basically had to hold off the file. Sorry. :(

However, at this point (as in right now :p) I'm working on fixing the names from all caps to small caps, finishing up the transfers up to this point, and still got the kits to work on. I already have the emblems for the EPL kits, and I gotta upload the kit sponsors (which will be the easiest for me).

And hmm, I doubt Petagato has lost the file without posting the news. But if it were true ... I'd work my ass off even more. Ha.

As for a date, I don't know. But I'll keep you updated.

Again, I'm sorry and please bear with me, I'll try to get the file out ASAP. :)

Yeah man!!It's all good!! And the idea of adding Central American teams(Liga D. Alajuelense, Saprissa, Comunicaciones, Motagua, Olimpia, Municipal, Aguila,etc) will make an excellent American OF, for all of us from Central America!!! Right "strigoivii06" & "Vito82"?? Thanks for your effort!!
