Is any body else being refused transferring profiles

I've been trying all day to transfer the (bin) edit option file v1.1 but every time i try copy or moving the file i get the same sh*t message " THIS ITEM CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BETWEEN PROFILES.
Just wanted to know if any body else is getting the same problem if so what can we do to resolve this.
It will nice to hear some ideas

make sure u r only transfering edit.bin and uniform.bin files individually, if you try and drag whole folders that also contain the 'option' (settings 76kb) file, it will not allow it.

Smith you are the man for creating one of the first option file for 360 but for the life of me i cant fu*k#ng transfer this please as fellow pes addict give me some help it will be much appreciated and any one else who to decides to read this and help me out.

Im personally new to this updating option file thing so i need your help big time im basically using a datel transfer kit to transfer the file.
when i transfer the edit files onto the MU and plug it the 360 i get the message " THIS ITEM CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BETWEEN PROFILES.
So then i tried what you said, to transfer bin edit file individually only when i tried that on 360 my Memory card was completely empty.
When i transfer the whole folder i get TRANSFER BETWEEN PROFILES message i can also see the gamew which you have saved e.g. HITMAN
TOP SPIN and PES 6 why can i not see PES 2008, anyways i know this is a long message but it is also a cry for help.

datel takes z36 files or something like that. download xport from codejunkies to allow the transfer of bin files... if you have done that already-

FOR XPORT---

1.take out your hard drive, put your memory card in your xbox360 (all whilst turned off)
2. a) format memory card using the dashboard
2b) create a fake 'new' user tag on your memory card and sign in
3. start a game of PES2008 and save the settings
4 turn off and take the card out
5. connect card to PC and transfer the editing is fun.bin files to your card in the PES folder that is there now. (open that folder so u can actually see that they are going in ok as it takes a 'few drags' sometimes. Also make sure u delete any existing edit or uniform files prior drag and dropping)
6. put card and harddrive in xbox 360
7. delete your edit and uniform files from your hard drive (leaving the option file)
8. copy the edit and uniform files from your card to your hard drive (dont copy the system/options 76kb file)
9. turn off and remove memory card
10. turn on go to dashboard and check the name of the files on your hard drives PES folder, if they dont say your name or unknown, try the 'move' fix below****

Thats all the advice i can give you as this is the exact same way i transfered for the first time.
PS. 100% of users problems so far (once they have figured it all out) have been the drivers they are using on their PC for the memory card, quite alot of the time you need to manually update them

**** MOVE FIX- sign in to xbox under your normal profile, go to your hard driveand open the pes folder, select the 'unknown' file and click move, select the same harddrive/same place that they are on anyway as the destination, click move and it will now show your user name next to the save. Do this to each 'unknown' file individually....... FIXED!!!!
