Is it possible to save your team formations to the option file/ Memory card so that you do not need to do it all over again each time you turn on your PS2? If so can some one please tell me how?

Well you go to edit mode and you can save your formation/s for your team/s there. Simple

hello there friend .
if you dont want to throw away your default formation-who knows you might need it someday-you can also save your desired fomation before you start a game in a slot by going under the load menu fomations and you can save it in a slot so whenever you start a cup ,match,training or what ever you can load it one single time.
