I am asking this not because my opinion of the game , AI , referees etc.
I am asking this because of Konami`s extremely unprofessional attitude toward end users. They just don`t care about updates, accurate stats or positions of the players , there are many players with exactly the same stats even in the same team , I think that number is around 100!
This is ,for me, something that is unforgivable and it shouts in our face : we don`t give a shit because you buy the unfinished game that we sell you as best football game ever.
What do you think?

It is happening again
Unfortunately, whilst the stat issue does show that they don't give a shit, it only really effects low rated players. A large amount of PES players don't care about these players, only the major ones.
So to answer your question - is it time to stop buying PES? I would say yes, for a number of reasons. Will (the majority of) players stop buying PES? No.... because Messi for MyClub or whatever..

It's quite obvious to me that they couldn't give a damn about the consumer.

Whilst they've got the big review 'sites in their pocket, they'll continue to sell copies of the game. They released an unfinished, shoddy product; and I'm sick of their excuses (that's when they can even be bothered to come out with excuses). I honestly get the impression that they just don't give a sh!t. Yep, unprofessional, that sums up Konami!

(I voted: 'Yes'- either way, it's certainly time to stop buying it!)

"Yes".

The game / Online Mode looks worse and worse every year and Konami won't to change anything and improve it.
Also, I can't see any reason to pay money for it, after they has released free version of MyClub.

Because there's no alternative and I only play offline with friends which is really enjoyable.
Yeah, we encounter bugs/stupidity every now and then but the better player still wins.

This must be somewhat encouraging for Bhatti and the Bhuoys: "More of the same, lads!" :)

One thing's for certain, 'PES 2017' will show us unequivocally the direction in which Konami wants the series to go...

I looked on the PSN Store last night, and showed my wife the 128,000 (or whatever) MyClub points for $99. Is this the Twilight Zone? / -:

I play offline only and to me it's a great game. Looks like online is where the issues are

I played exclusively offline as well- the goalkeepers were abysmal, and the CPU kept scoring the same type of goal, virtually every single time (low shot into either corner of the net).

I played on 'Superstar' with fully-manual settings, and also 'Top Player'. The goalkeepers are generally better on 'Superstar', but those scripted goals from the CPU became infuriating. It was also too easy to attack through the middle. There needs to be much greater goalscoring variety from the CPU AI, and the refereeing is terrible, they need to fix that as well.

Don't know about superstar or topplayer. I play full manual and to me professional level is very balanced and challenging enough. I don't notice scripted goals and the cpu do score different types of goals ( I agree they should add more variety). This may all be due to the difficulty level. Give it a try and you still find professional challenging. If you think it is too easy then try the live broadcast Camera. It is completely a different game using this cam. Also I agree that ref need improvement but I wouldn't call it terrible. It is all about timing. PES 2015 ref system, that was terrible.

I no longer have the game- I've gone back to PES 2013, and am having fun with that (using the Player camera view). I'm glad that you're enjoying your game- I suppose it's 'horses for courses'- the potential is definitely there (if Konami can be bothered to tap into it). Hopefully I'll like PES 2017- thanks for the reply.
