Is it worth waiting for Winning Eleven?

I've seen a few posts and reviews that say Winning Eleven is always slightly better than PES. Can anyone shed some light on that?

The menus must be all in Japanese. I can imagine navigating around editing menus etc could be a nightmare?
Are PES option files compatible with it?
Does it have exactly the same teams and leagues, or does it have differences, like is the J league in instead of one of the PES leagues?
Is there anyone waiting to get Winning Eleven instead of PES?

we is always different with pes....
for ur information...u dont need to worries about languange..if u buy we version R3 is already in english. i played we series....compare to pes series its got different. just pes09 n pes08 i dont play....so i duno wht different. this is my sacrifice for 2010, i choose to play pes. maybe becoz i;m very impatient to play this konami game. hahaha...
but trust me...we is always different.
if u look on demo of pes2010 n we2010..u see the different rite? pes2010 final code is maybe like we2010 demo..but for we2010 final code???? just think....
we R3 are same product of we japan region.....maybe diff of game speed, more face preset, different boots, additional of stadium....that i learn about this series....

^The we demo is better than pes demo because it's a later build than the pes demo thus making it better. But the final versions will be no different because they'll be of the same build.

I don't understand some of you guys really. You buy PES 10 spend your cash and then want to buy WE10 ?? Seems like you have a lot of extra cash laying around.

The reason why Konami will not improve the game is because YOU choose to buy every title that they release. If the fans boycott the game and not buy it, and maybe choose FIFA then Konami will have no choice but to improve the game, listen to the fans and give us a decent fucking game with some online functionality. But no, you buy PES 10 then you complain, then you buy WE 10 and then you complain but your money is lost.

You deserve what you get.

:no::faceplm: Such a fanvoy because I am saying the truth. Everyone who owns WE will know that it's only an updated version of pes. With a patch, pes can be like that and I think that with the latest patch pes became closer to that.

With the new patch for PES 2010 I highly doubt that WE is much better. I have read how some people find WE much much better this year, but the things that have been said about it don't seem to make it worth the purchase and seem like only personal preference. Personally I would consider it if it meant a better challenge/difficulty level, because that's my only real beef with PES 2010 (post patch). However, even though WE 2010 has a superstar level of difficulty that PES 2010 doesn't have, I've heard that it is the same level of difficulty as Top Player is on PES. So, it's only speculation but I haven't heard enough on the various forums to suggest it is REALLY worth getting. I would be interested though to hear some more reviews from people who have both. However, if you're asking for advice I would say that although there are a few people who seem to be over-the-top in favour of WE being the better game this year, their attitudes and comments seem disproportionate to what others have said about it (which is not much) so I'm inclinde not to believe the hype. If you want to argue this point feel free, but slinging insults isn't the way to do it... Here's an opportunity for some people who are the ones who are big-time in favour of WE 2010 being better to step up and provide a side-by-side and unbiased review (don't just gush about WE 2010, explain exactly how it's different). Be specific, and compare to the latest patched PES 2010 so people like the original poster can make a decision...
