I think it will update when pes2009 is loading and it will ask you to download it.

* Athletico Madrid, Sevilla, Racing Santander en Valladolid: All officially licenced. *New options in kit-selections (edit options?)
* 12 new teams in the Uefa Champions League-mode with matching UEFA Champions League kits and sponsors. For example: Marseille, Juventus en Basel.
