is the Winning Eleven demo a slightly newer code than the PES one?

I played it and I noticed the same thing. I am hoping it is newer code and not that WE will be better the better version compared to PES :no:

they have Barca, Bayern, along with Spain and Japan, no copa lib teams though.

I thought the dribbling was better maybe. I felt I was more effective dribbling with Messi in the WE demo. Keepers seemed better too but could just be me

Now what? Are we gonna buy PES and like every year KONAMI will favor WE again and release the code two, three weeks into PES release restricted to Japan and then sit down and laugh at us? again?
Last year, WE2010 was better than PES2010 in every single department as many would agree. I thought this was gonna end this year, but KONAMI never fails to surprise us does it?!
Not acceptable. They should make the final code IDENTICAL WORLDWIDE.

just no. The WE demo was pretty much the same as the PES demo last year and is this year. as for it been slightly newer code there are so many people on this forum who grasp at this year in year out yet the official word was that we would get a 100% code for demo. If you dont like the demo you wont like the final game, simple as, dont expect it to be a different scenario come release day. If you do like it then fine, i personnaly dont mind it, not quite to FIFAs new level but 100Xs better than PES10 and i will buy it but it pains me to see such excuses every single year.

Listen pal, this isn't about making excuses not to buy the game. All I am saying is that it is unacceptable from KONAMI to release 2 different codes favoring one in quality ( FACT, FACT, FACT. you have to agree WE is better than PES) and restricting it to their home land.
My biggest problem with PES 2010 was it's ping-pong gameplay which drove me to the point I stopped playing.
I heard back then that WE2010 had a slower pace. I got it. Played it and there it was, not only slower pace but BETTER AI, BETTER GRAPHICS and BETTER GOALIES.
This is totally wrong. :angry:

^That's not true at all. As I said, I also played the WE demo and it;s isn't different. It's slightly more stable though but that's it. I believe the shooting felt better because I was laying as Spain and they have Torres and Villa And Japan's defence isn't as good as bayern's or Barca's so maybe that's why the shooting felt better. Anyway I don't see why people would say that the we demo is much better because it's not. As I said, it could just be the selection of teams there.

Just tell me if you have played WE2010 FINAL code or not?
Could you not verify the edge it had over PES 2010 FINAL code?
If not, then it can't be helped.

So please hear my call when I say I am concerned about the same drama to happen this year when I hear people saying WE demo looked better ( Even if you are saying they don't, some say they do and you can't ignore that). I am trying to stay positive about this but I really don't wanna buy the game twice if you know what I mean.

I have the FIFA demo and honestly I dont see the big deal, its ok , not gods gift to the gaming world like some make it out to be, honestly the visuals suck at FIFA, looks like a PS2 game! Im sticking to PES again this year !

Just watch the replays, and pay attention to the man marking the offencive target, and his reactions when the ball is being played. It's shockingly bad defencive ai :shocking:
Idk, about this game. It would be such a shame if bad ai ruined, what would seemed like a good effort by konami.:no:

ya, I made a thread about this, passing is way too overpowered in relations to the defense and player activity on the field. THey need to balance it out a bit and make it less powered or improve the defense. In the WE demo it seems to be a bit better IMO.

Ofcourse I understand you, and I know it can be worrying, but I just don't see a difference because as I said, it just be the teams in the we 11 demo.
