I have given up with this game after only two days.
The frame rate and blur is giving me a head ache.
The menus are so sloooow to get through I'm growing a beard between games.
I cannot find coach mode in ML Offline, which I was going to try out.
The ping pongy feel to the gameplay seriously reminds me of fifa 13' and that ain't a good thing. Sometimes the game is just a jumbled mess.

I can't put my finger on where the gameplay falls apart, because when it's good it's very good, but the times when it's very good don't seem to happen that much.
Defence is a nightmare with players going out of position or just not being where they are supposed to be.

Game platform is the PS3 , but it feels like I am playing a PC game without the necessary specs to do it justice.

Feel quite let down by Konami with the release tbh.

I enjoyed it at first, but even I am now playing PES 2013 again, defenders don't track, sometimes don't sprint at all, don't respond quick enough, don't stick a leg out when you want them too, passing is shoddy at times, AI is rubbish, there is bugs on both advanced shooting and throughballs, nearly impossible to tackle at time, the fact i can be miles ahead of a player then all of a sudden per mertasacker becomes Usain Bolt and catches me up... really really feel let down, and the worst part is, i brought the digital version so I can't even take it back

After a lot of play....

I have been slogging through this game, and it did feel much quicker in the menus last night, but the things that I would really like to see sorted out are these...

1. The slow down in the second half of games is terrible, needs sorting.
2. Desperately needs more than one camera angle in MLO.
3. Coach mode in ML Offline
4. When I press a button, I would like the action carried out immediately, button lag is really frustrating.
5. Last, but not least, please please please tone down the slipping tripping bumping and general collisions of players, it creates a ping pongy feels that looks just silly.

All of the above on the PS3... And, if the above gets sorted out it should be a very playable game.

I think the gameplay is very good (The passing feels nice and smooth) but it needs fixing as it dont look finished

The games performance needs improving as it loads up slow and the emblems and kits dont load up quickly as they should do

Im disapointed because it sounded very promising and the demo was very good (Shooting was a bit bad) the edit mode sounded good but it loads slow and Im now starting to consider trading it in for Fifa 14 (Which im buying anyway) on Friday

I'm finding the passing so erratic. I get players going through or making runs, I move the stick and pass but find the ball going anywhere but where it's supposed to :-/ Worst though when I press a button and nothing happens, the gauge will fill up but the ball seems to get stuck to the players foot. Spent most of tonight on the Fifa demo because this game is just no fun at the end of the day. Like you
I guess I will trade up Friday.

What I meant by passing was instead of pass and stop the ball with the feet it's side passes straight away which I think FIFA could do with adding on

I had high hopes for Pro Evo but I guess if you have a very good computer which most of us including myself can't afford at the minute :( you won't be able to play Pro Evo the way we wanted to play

Konami should realise that the computer one is the best seller and most popular Konami should change the edit mode which gives us all the options like the PC to create the kits like the PC version if they seriously want to challenge ea (Also ability to edit licensed teams)

Pes 2014 is been disappointing (I could understand game built from scratch) but lack of Features (No rain), Teams, Licenses, Stadiums and a Unfinished game which means Konami have a lot to improve on

Summed up perfectly I think.....

Konami should have keep the last years graphics and put some features on this years gameplay as I heard PC owners are struggling it to play on this years Pro Evo

My laptops has 2 Okays (VRAM and Graphics) 1 bad (Processor) and 1 good (Ram) on pes 2013

I think it was gamble by Konami and sadly it's failed badly

I was surprised to find some national teams licenses gone like Sweden, Ireland etc etc

Even though FIFA haven't really done much to the gameplay (which is annoying) the licenses is the most reason why everyone buys it

My advice to Konami is to make the edit mode look like the PC patches
That will help them get the sales they need as it's frustrating to play pro Evo when your playing with a lot of fake teams as it doesn't feel a football game

Adam Bhatti seems to think everything working fine were not giving ourselves enough gameplay to adjust but how can you when cursors, button delay etc frustrate the hell out of you

I think the main problem with this game is overall slowness, whether it be response to player inputs, menues, and editing. If you remove that overall problem, then PES 2014 becomes instantly 100% better.

This really sums it up. I gave it another good run last night and single player would be pretty decent if not for the above.

Sadly my copy of PES 2014 now nestles gently on a preowned shelf at my local Game shop. Managed to get £25 trade in, which to be honest, has somewhat eased the horrible feeling of having my pants (digitally) pulled down by Konami.

I know Fifa will have it's own problems, but if Konami had not served up such an abysmal game, then I wouldn't have had to turn to the dark side.

according to ADAM BHATTI there working on some issues:

he has said the following:

Gameplay fixes we're looking at are GK's, shooting&AI tweaks. Also some more fluidity to star player dribbling. Obviously, eardicating bugs.

then

gameplay yes, that will be a patch. As will the faces. Unsure about anything else.

at least they admitting theres a problem but it will take a while to fix. why the hell release a half finished game then make the customers find the faults then fix them . who is konami's quality assurance tester mr magoo

lazy bastards at konami:realmad:

I think most of the problems are with the PS3 because the 360 and PC peeps appears to be quite happy. I manage to pick up PES 2013 for the same price as I traded my old one so I am quite happy now. Won't be touching PES again for the foreseeable future, sadly.
