Is there ever going to be a way to edit outside of the PS Editor?

I am talking like about Stats, and how we could before with PES Editor on the PS2, and we could pick and choose to make custom option files picking and choosing what teams to include through PES editor.

Will this ever be possible for the PS3?

I'm thinking of buying it for PC. In PES6 (didn't buy the last one as I heard it was bad) you could import teams from one option file to another. Can you do this in PES 09 as well?

That's so lame. Will it ever be? And why did they change it? I bet that the more this game gets licensed the harder they make it to edit things. B*stards.
