Jonboyo burning problem

Hello,

Again some advice from the experts needed. I patched my original pes4 and used ppfomatic to apply jonboyos patch into the .ISO file created. However when I started burning with alcohol120% after 41% error message appears that the image cannot be read. I've already tried twice.

Jonboyos .ppf file looks like this:
jb30.10.04pes4.ppf 397,415 KB

Any ideas what could have gone wrong this time.

You are burning the ISO and not the ppf right?
If it can't read it, it should say so at the start and not half-way through.
Check that the disk you're burning onto is clean. Set the burn speed to 2x or slow as possible. Shut all other programs before burning.

yes I am burning the ISO that I modified with ppfomatic by adding the jonboyo patch. I tried burning once again, this time with DVD decrypter. I shut down all the other programs and set the burning speed to 1x. Again after 41% complete I got this error message:

FAILED TO READ FROM FILE : DVDIMAGE.ISO

REASON: DATA ERROR (CYCLIC REDUNDANCY CHECK)

I have followed the instructions...I mean it should be pretty simple. What do you think is causing this?

Not sure, maybe something is wrong with your burner?
Delete your iso and start again from the beginning by getting a fresh iso from your original. After you've patched the iso, defrag your hard disk and reset your pc and then try burning it.

I think you might be right Zygalski. I am getting a new burner and a laptop any days now so I'll try again then.
