Just a question

Hi everyone, I'm playing ML and I notice that, after a season and a half, I couldn't change the staff. Then I read somewhere that Club Management option in General Settings must be ON.
My problem is that that setting is gray (which means that it's unchangeable), am I screwed?

I guess you have a problem then :/ I don't know if staff is also related to that setting, but apart from that, you can only change the staff at the beginning of the season in August. Changes will apply in September. During the season, the staff-button is disabled/gray.

I know that the staff can be changed during August, my problem is that I can't even do that. I made research and found that in order to change staff, the "Club Management" option in ML General Settings must be ON and mine is OFF. I tried to do that but that option is gray colored meaning that it can't be changed. So again, will that option become white or is it going to stay gray forever

My undersanding is you can't change it once you've started your ML. So you can either continue as you are and let the CPU employ new staff, or start ML again and make sure you enable the Club Mangement option.
