Custom editing, such as kits, boots, balls, player faces, stadiums, chants (if possible)

Can anyone give me a rundown on what programs to use? I am willing to put my time into making these, and hopefully, I can share them if they are good enough. I'm in US by the way (if that has anything to do with it)

It's better to just download an american option file that is complete, there is available ones on this site. This should give you what you want.:mellow:
