Kaiser? Kim U Don? Shaw? Gambino? Where are they?

I'm pretty sure some of you remember the amazing youngsters from PES 2006~2009, like Kim U Don, Shaw, Kaiser, Orellano, etc; Kaiser became the best midfielder in the game after 3-4 seasons, and Shaw one of the best free kick takers. I'm wondering, are they still in the game? Has anyone came across any of them? I still have my hopes up that they will appear in youth squad sometime.. :unsure:

Ah, good times. How about Barth? Is he in the game? German defender with great technique. In PES 5/6 he was like the German Lucio! Making runs from defence and taking awesome shots.... or should that be the German Cahill??

How about the Welsh winger, Griffiths?

Schwarz is still there but not sure about the rest. i THINK shimizu is knocking about somewhere as well. i saw someone say that Kaiser and Bos are not in the game anymore.

you will have to play a lot of master league offline to find out for sure, any that are there will be appearing in your youth team (if you want good players set the budget to max) or obviously in other teams youth set ups and you can apply for transfers.

however, there are loads of new ML youth players, perhaps there are some new hidden gems out there. for example Mayukins always seems to show up for spurs or bolton and is incredibly dangerous.

for my part i find most of the new youth players to be lacking in the "personality" of previous PES titles (your kaisers / bos types etc), they seem to be very powerful athletic types with good consistency from a young age and are overrated really, no charisma. i really miss Shaw as well. playing left midfield he could cut in diagonally and hit ridiculous screamers a la riise or r. carlos with insane power. i was always a HUGE fan of Yamada for his control, passing and ability to pull of beautiful lobbed finishes.

Oh yes, Yamada and Bos were great too. There was this guy called Gibson in ps2 days, a striker who was pretty awesome. Sasaki was a useful DM, Kobayashi was good at full back. Its hard to remember all of the good players though.

Haven't seen any of the old gems. Nowadays, it's all about Palmieri

Palmieri is a given since he comes through everyones youth team at the start.

5 years from now I wouldn't consider him a legend. Having him at the start of the game is like getting the best gun at the start of a shooter game.

Gambino is not in the game as his team isn't, he isn't young now anyway.

Schwarz, Palmieri and Shimizu were all in the old greats group, but the rest seem to have died a death as of 2010.

I had hoped they would come back this year, but it looks like they're gone for good. Shaw was so amazing...
