1v1 they are damn near impossible to beat
from long range they are craphouse dropping everything.

Why are they invincible 1v1?

i found that too after 20 attempts with rooney and berbatov i realised that you have to have someone extremely technical and lob em or somtin or jus cross da ball in from da wing most of my goals are from crossing now seeming as if i try to shoot from close range normally it jus dont work coz da keep has super quick reactions unlike mine whos got glue on the bottom of hes shoe and re-enacts david seamans blind vision really annoying!!

yeah i just played man city and fucking hell robinho and tevez tore my team apart robinho is like a fly through air and tevez is like a bulldozer he cant be stopped and no matter where they shoot from it just goes in its halftime now and the scores 4-4 even tho i hate it i have to say im loving the intense games im getting now lol

deep Q+cross scores heaps of goals that and long range goals with the defenders stupidly backing off..

the opp however break away and u cant catch them... blody old farts like beattie out run ur fastest defenders easily on world class. They never beat the keeper bhut the rebound always lands in front of a second striker who is always unmarked since ur defenders do nothing while ur not controlling them

yeah i feel you on that one, im not sure though wether playing on top player actually increases the opp stats a little bit and makes the computer god like? maybe thats why its harder and not a glitch? i mean even the shittiest teams have thier good days fulham beat liverpool 3-1 burnley beat man u 1-0 maybe this is konami's way of sayin this is how hard its going to be...

I just go round them in one-one situations. It seems ridiculously easy this year

I have not had problems scoring 1 on 1 yet. I am playing the Champions league with AS Monaco on top player. In my first three games Park Chu Young had seven goals. All on 1 v1 situations. I just place the ball in lower corners.

sometimes its hard like if the player isnt that good at 1 v1 but what is annyoing like some people say with rooney shooting from outside the box and normally will go in.

actually one came i played on top player. 3 out of the 4 goals i scored came from long range, its always good to get a good angle and then shoot. i always like to get at like an angle, cos straight on it usually goes wide or over or saved for me

Yeah i seem to score many goals from long shots as well, this year.
Regarding the keepers in general:
Do you experience your keeper rushing too far out when the opponents striker is still far away? (then the striker easily scores placing the ball in the lower corner) Point being: a defender could still chase down the striker to get the ball, so no need for the keeper to rush out.

One on one is not hard :S its like i pro 6 just use placment shot and put it across the keeper.

i did a global 10+ GK skill and a -10 response on GK's, makes keepers better on long range efforts but weaker close range and 1 on 1
