Nike 2012 template

Please can you give me a png with the nike dots fond here: http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=89308

No background and badges, logos or anything, just the dots and the thing on the base that says official (the black square) and the dri-fit (colored like the nike logos I'll ask next).

Also, versions with colored nike logo (one blue, one gray, one white, one black, one gree, etc...) and one with none.

hello. could you do a trikot in the style of donezks home trikot with the difference that the main colour is black and the stripes change colour from outside to inside in this order
orange
green
blue
yellow
violet
as team crest use this fifa logo

and as sponsor the word fifa
like here
