Konami: Pc version with TCP/IP online!

There were some doubts if PC was only for LAN or not, but Konami said on their German site (there is the European headquarter) that you can play on-line by TCP/IP

They also formally announced the release date for both the PC and Xbox at 19th november.

Yes!
There were doubts that the PC version only could play on a Local network, but you can play online!
Or is this old news?

Just curious I live in USA and I was wondering when I buy PES4 for my pc. Will I be able to play on-line as soon as possible? I think I should be ok, but just wondering if anyone can help on this issue.
