Yeah. I like the way they listen to their fans, but the question is "can they deliver what's been asked?". We will find out.

I think they are doing a very good job so far. Just look at what has happend to their franchise since the canadian team took over the production back in 2007 with the '08 installment... It's only gone up since then. Very good for the competition though!!! ;o)
It'll keep pushing Seabass and his team to better their franchise!

lol well said. Though the same can be said about PES fans as well have you ever seen some of the oddball suggestions put forth in the 2010 Konami feedback section?

I myself downloaded it on the 360. I must say that i am really not that impressed with it, it really does look like fifa 09. The few games i did play were a little awkward , i think this is down to the 360 movement thing.

The keepers are quite poor in the demo, you obviously have the fifa fanboys saying it's a very early build. I can't understand why ea would release a very early build as a playable demo, but there you go.

The faces are not good either to be honest, but that may just be me being picky. I really have not given it to much time really, but this is my opinion as it is at the moment.

I agree about graphics. The faces are horrible. But overall better than 09.

Downloaded and played it a bit yesterday (thanks to Trials HD - I didn't get to play it more!!) ;o)
I must say that I'm not that impressed either. I guess last years installment was that bit of fresh air I needed to open up to PES again. Overall it's a refinement of ´09 - which is ok, since I like FIFA09 - and it's the only footballgame I've played for the last year. But I'm not that convinced that FIFA is going to be my choice this year though, with all the positive news and feedback about PES10 so far. I guess it's a bit too early to decide yet.

What I do like in the demo so far though is:
• No cutscenes when ref. gives cards - very nice, and a thing you didn't realise you missed until you tried it in FIFA10
• Automatic quick freekicks when you're too far from the goal for a shot. Also helps speed things up - very nicely implemented.
• I do believe that I could feel some difference when I played with Barcelona then Juve and lastly Chelsea. Feels like EA is starting to get to grips with player individualism. (Though not as much as in PES yet, mind).
• Shooting feels improved a lot. Haven't played PES since the ´08 installment, so can't comment on which is better. But I have a gut-feeling, and it isn't FIFA... ;o)
• All the nice detail-animations that play out during a game. It catches a real game of football great.

Noticed that I haven't mentioned 360 dribble? ;o) It's not that it's bad. It's just implemented so you don't really notice it really? It's nice and fine and not a negative thing about it. It's just, it feels like it's always been a part of the game... But I guess that I'll start to appraise just how good it is, when I'll play a game of '09 and realise that it's missing!?! (Did that make any sense?) :eek:s

But overall FIFA10 feels better than ´09 - so initially I would like it. But I'm looking forward to the PES demo.

EDIT!
• Oh! By the way. I forgot all about the use of the players physical size and weight. Going into a body-duel with Messi is not going in Messis favor! Where as I "steamtrained" right through a player with Drogba at full speed!!! Lovely! ;o) The way the players justle for possession is even better than last year - which was already good...

Also looking forward to the PES demo, and if it is as good as the FIFA demo I will be very happy indeed.

I must say, however much this is about opinions, there are a lot of die hard PES fans who are saying that the FIFA 10 demo is like playing FIFA 09. Having played PES for goodness knows how many years that PES 2008, 2009 and it appears 2010 all look identical, 08 and 09 certainly played that way. Having viewed a few videos of PES 2010 gameplay it looks identical to 2008 and 2009.

I surely hope not - as I find both too arcady and like a sprintfest - just like FIFA used to be back before '08-'09... :crymore:
