Recoba just does it as he is a cheeky chappy. You can't press anything special to make him do it. Check out my WE8 Recoba goal replay vid overhere. I just pressed shoot as normal for him to do that.

he does it when he has the ball on his right foot, a good way to do it is:

if you are running this way -->, press up+left and then down+left and shoot, this is how i do it and it works
