Lamer scoring own goals to cancel game

I hope konami can fix this, alot of times when im playing online and am up like 3-0 to 4-0 and absolutely slaughtering said opponent. He then chooses to score 3 own goals then the game will popup a msg saying "That has been determined as improper conduct" and the game ends.

I don't see any problem . I also score 3 own goals sometimes. And not because im loosing in a genuine game, because im playing a twat who decided to go online, which lives in a middle of nowhere, who is on dial-up connection which creates 1+sec button delay.
