^Have you watched Italy recently?
Why hate them. They aren't overrated. Yes they had bad years after the world cup, but the football they're playing this year with younger players is very good.
The problem wasn't that Italy weren't good. it was CERTAIN PLAYERS that got old and lost form. Now, they're selecting younger players FINALLY.

i don't hate italy. i hate the way how konami rates players and it is nothing new that the german national team is underrated, take a look at the default stats from neuer, lahm or gomez in pes2011, thats a shame. And even in 2012 it seems they don't recognize which team ruled the planet besides spain. Argentina 4:0, England 4:1, Brazil 3:2... 3rd in WC 2006, 2nd in EURO 2008, 3rd in WC 2010, excuse me but this has to be honoured. And its nothing new that Seabass is a Fanboy of Serie A, 2 years ago he stated that "Lazio is the best team in the world" :w00t

Italy's new generation with Rossi etc. got great potential and i also think they will act better in the future than they did the last years.

But Giovinco is not Götze, Sirigu is not Neuer, Rannochia is not Hummels, Balotelli is not Özil... i could go on with the list on the next 20 pages...

i just want Konami to get player stats accurate and realistic, not this over-and underrated crap they produced the past 4 years

Your expecting way too much from KONAMI then, you expect them to get the stats right? They won't even get 1 player's stat right ( maybe overall ) but certainly not all the stats of the player.

pes wants to be best football game on the planet so i can expect seabass to adress his best guys with the stats issue... i mean, how would i do that? i would take 3 or 4 premier league experts that have to see tons of league games and CL / EL-Games through the season - their job would be to get the PL stats done... and so on with la liga, serie a, national teams.

but if i take a look at Pes stats during the last years i get the feeling seabass placed 1 or 2 trainees or students from university in front of the ps3 and told them to get the stats right, so they can earn some money by the side and he doesnt have to worry the stats work. (these would be probably the same jerks that work on transfers and transfer updates if you know what i mean)

ah no, he at least did lazio, inter, arshavin and the italian national team himself :rolleyes:

in my opinion KONAMI in general does a great job with the stats. the only problem is that they are quite lazy as far as keeping them up to date is concerned. not having updated stats for whole year like in pes 2011 is really annoying. i hope they will do better this year.
furthermore they have to solve the "speed merchant'- problem. i think that the gap between those players and other fast players like walcott, lennon and bale is far to big.
and of course arshavin being the third best player of the game in pes 2011 is nothing but sad...
