There is an option file called wsag ver3 which will be out by sunday nite. A few people including myself are helping the main editor of the file by suppling shirt no's for the players that were moving clubs yesterday. If you do a search in the downloads section for wsag v2.5 there is a thread in there about it

Umm...I'm not suggesting anyone for any site switching here, but if you are looking for a good option file, there will be one available via pesfan.com. It's being released on september 7th I believe. Seemingly every update is there. All the world cup updates, all the correct transfers are there (current day transfers included), shoes, appereances e.t.c will be included as well. The option file is called Watsons Option File 4.0. Here's is the website from which the option file will be available, though if you want more detail regarding the option file, I'd suggest to look up watson's option file thread on pesfan.
