Some translations from the above scans (thanks to Konamilk)

Officially licensed by Eredivisie NV: real team names, player names and uniforms.
Ronaldinho's "Flip-Flap" move is included
The "La Bona" move is in the game (where the player crosses his legs to pass the ball, recently seen done by Ronaldo in FA Cup Final)
Player actions increased: many motions of dribbling, trapping, shooting etc
Move off ball runners in front of goal using
Changes have occured when players slide for the ball
Big changes in keepers AI and movement
Big changes in training mode
Easy formation setup
Direction of crosses can be controlled

Direct pass using chest (like Jan Koller does)
Knee-height volley shoot while turning round
Many outside kick motions - This means lower weak foot frequency players almost always use his main foot.
Improved turn motions in dribbling

Old flag editor + New pixel editor for emblem are included

Here's the main pics i've cut out from the scans:

Awesome, looks like there's liscensing in all the dutch teams for definite. In ways though, I wish it was the premiership as the UK will be one of the biggest target markets, not really holland. But sure, it's a step in the right direction and by PES4, they might even have added some more teams.

well mate dannyboy i tried to look for more stuff but its all been covered by konamilk. theyve changed a lot of stuff in the training mode coz i think dribbling, heading, passing, centering, 1 on 1s are all different now. and the fks too.

Well in the pic of the Velodrome stadium, you can see they have green nets. So we can expect more variety. :)

I was also wondering if pes4 will have more variety of shoe types coz itz a major part of the game and makes players have more individuality--if so do u know any of the new types of shoes?

Licensed Dutch teams is good news but will we get the full Eredivisie, or just 5 or 6 of the top Dutch teams licensed? (i mean only 5/6 teams included, not whole league)

I find it hard to believe Konami would put in the whole Dutch premier, considering half the teams in this league are very average.

it is the whole league, all 18 clubs fully licensed. Here they are:

AZ
Den haag
FC Twente
Feyenoord
Groningen
Heerenveen
NAC
NEC
PSV Eindhoven
RBC
RKC
Roda JC
Utrecht
Vittese

well ur right mate. having all the teams is just a lot and i duno y. but anyway thats what i read off the magazine. and i counted them. 18 teams. i hope they reconsider that tho. but ah who cares. atleast we get to choose from a wider range of players for our ML team :) find out about players we never heard of. thats an advantage

Sorry if i'm being a bit thick but where did you get this list? And if they can get the whole Dutch league licensed then why not the premiership etc..

Hopefully this is a teaser for whats to come.
