I have seen that they might have the Columbian primera division this year but not sure about Argentine think Fifa might be trying to take it away from them.

Yes mate that's what I was getting the impression off myself. Just need confirmation as I've started Bocas 2016 Home kit, don't want to carry on if it's all there and licensed!

The whole league might not be licensed but Boca will definitely be.

I do believe that the Argentine league will be in the game but I'm not sure if all 30 teams will be in it.
This should be focused more on creating the Nacional B team and league.
Also konami asked Argentine pes players about which 20 player in the Argentine league should have real faces. The voting only took 3 day.

Turns out the league is not licensed this might be due to the 30 teams being in the league.

Only the important teams will be licensed like top 5's and others like velez and estudiantes.
