Nope.

You have to export your Bundesliga teams before the update with all the players in the squads. Then you make the update.
After you install it you import your Bundesliga teams and you will have all the players including the missings (Westermann, Inui, Soto, etc).
After that you have to delete the players you created that now are IG in the national teams update squad (for example Drmic, Jansen, Kruse, etc).

The list that I post isnt 100% finished yet.
