Let US have EU version PES2010!

One of the strongest points for PES would be the option files, but you are killing it by separating the US version from the EU version. You probably know that soccer is very unpopular in this freakin' country compared to other parts of the world. Why not make the US version compatible with the EU version, so we can use some of those super nice option files created by European gamers?

Yeah, maybe I don't understand programming, but it doesn't seem to me that there's any reason the different versions can't use the same option files?

Legal reasons, perhaps?

Problems include video game rating system are different and I don't know how online works for the next-gen but when I play PC games online, the lag makes the game unplayable if the players are in different continents.

Isn't this due to the system that your playstation/continent supports?
For instance in Europe it's PAL and i guess in America and other parts of the world it's a different system?
