If possible, please create newly promoted Italian clubs, Spanish clubs, Dutch clubs and French clubs. If the relegated teams cannot be replaced (e.g. due to license issues), please add those newly promoted teams to Other League B...
I hope this option file will be as realistic and up-to-date as possible
so that ppl won't have to buy PES2010.

thats actually a very very good idea, ive done the spanish clubs already (kits not done)
and well the update should be out around the next few days.
I have used both
ste_s87 Summer Transfers Option File
and
LiamKenyon Option file
as these are the only updated option files available for 2009/10 season.
Both looked outstanding but personally decided to go with LiamKenyon's
The reasons are;
1. LiamKenyon's has default stats as opposed to adjusted ones of ste_s87's
2. If you compare the 2009/10 Chelsea's new unifroms, LiamKenyon's one has clearly better quality whereas ste_s87's one has awkward looking white lines on the blue's home jersey.
3. ste_s87's has some players info wrong. e.g. Lee Chung-Yong (new Korean guy playing for Bolton) is listed as 27? or 29? yrs old. In fact, he is 21 years old.
4. Some formations are incorrect in ste_s87's option file.
e.g. For Arsenal, Arshavin is assigned as a lone striker in the starting lineup with Van Persie playing behind him. I have watched most of the Gunner's games on TV.
Wenger never put Arshavin as a lone striker, according to the usual pre-game TV presentations showing starting lineup and the formation.

but i can't load the edit data at game
the display :
"load failed because data is from a different version.
download content and update data."
what must i do..
you must do what it says go to download and then update, then re transfer the edit data across.

Honestly I guess the best choice would be the teams that will take part to champion's league but are not in the game. Then the promoted teams of the big leagues like Premier League (ENG), Liga (ESP), Serie A (ITA).

I have looked everywhere I dont know how I can get it.
