The saddest part is at the end. 18 empty teams lol For the most part though I like the sqauds for the natl teams they seem to be up to date.

Where did you hear this? That would be seriously bad news! Is that applicable for the national teams AND the club teams? Even for the 18 empty teams?

ok but im in the US i havent even heard but a handful of those teams and those are the teams that were in last years game and a few others that are obvious like celtic. which is why i asked if any of those are unlicensed

Ah ok apologies, well there's about 8 or so unlicensed teams there... none of them major teams, but ones I quite like the sound of playing with. If you go on wikipedia, there's a comprehensive teams list on there.

Why are the team rosters always the ones they were a month before the end of the transfer window?

Come on the Rangers team has Ferguson, Gow, Adam, Velicka, etc and no Rothen.
Pogrebnyak is still at Zenit, Elano isn't at Galatasaray, Nilmar still at Independiente, Don't think Shevchenko is at Dynamo but in Ukraine team he's called Shaltenko, and many, many more outdated tranfers.

Also why are so many national teams got fake names? I understand the licensing problems but surely FIFA don't own the rights to the Honduras national team?

Come on it's not hard to move a few players around. It now means I've got to backtrack a month or 2 worth of transfers just to get the teams right.

This along with the rumours (from honest non-biased reviewers) that it's basically PES 2009 with better graphics is extremely disappointing. As I said a couple of months ago, why is everybody getting excited about this game? They have let us down 3 years in a row now, why bother anymore? And before the fag fanboys start their "ZOMG YOU LOVE FIFA, GFTO OF OUR FORUMZ", I don't rate FIFA either.

Yeah the transfer issue is for me laughable. I't shouldnt be a problem for Konami to add a player to a new team. For instance (as i've posted in several threads) Konami could easily update transfers during the last couple of months from the late summer to the release of the game..

Christ I didn't even notice, that's mega idiotic indeed. Why take a full team out and bring in their rivals to replace them? If it's a case of not enough slots for teams then take out Goteburg, AIK, Brondby, etc. All these teams are a waste of space and not even Europa League standard.
