Live Update, Edited players.

I just did a live update and I noticed it messed up all my Option files that had edited players. I now have to install basically everything back again. Any way to stop it from doing this in the future?

Yes, don't Apply Live Update Data. It's the only way if you don't want your stuff all scrambled up.

I think if your game is edited to be great and realistic as of September, you can easily ignore the live updates. They only add few new players - if any at all - and important transfers, and most of all they simply change the current form of some top players. I wouldn't trade that for an entire imported OF =)

Exactly I won't really be using live update until the winter.

How did you do the live update? Was it in the exhibition match team selection screen or was it in the main menus page in settings?

I think the former is safe.
