basically, i own the game, however i want to listen to a cd while i play the game and cant because the pes 6 cd is in, this isnt illegal btw

You should know better. Go buy a second CD drive - I have two and I use WinAmp to listen to music...it isn't illegal to rip MP3s of CDs you own, only illegal to distribute them.
