Jaw dropping stuff!

How did you get the video at such good quality but such a small file size? Which program and which codec was it compressed with?

The clips were intially compressed using WinMPG and the XviD MPEG-4 codec. I then put the compressed clips together in Windows Movie Maker and saved the video on the video for broadband (512kbps) setting.

I have all those programs and codec's I think, I will try using that if I ever show one of my goals again.
