Right the point I want to make is that you do well to RECOGNISE what features of a player need enhancing or lowering, but you often do it by wrong standard, and consequently, you get a massive imbalance between players.

For example, you have given Sorin 90 for aggression. You have recognised that he needs to have a very high aggression rating, but you have given him it on the wrong scale. A much better value would be about 80/81 for aggression. So you see how you have recognised his strong points and characteristics, but have put the wrong figure which in this case is seriously going to affect the realism of the player as the value is about 10 points too high? Another key issue is to make sure you get the attack/defence ratio correct, as this is one of the most important things regarding a player. You have done Sorin's attack right but his defence is far too low. Again you have recognised that he has higher attack than defence but it isnt by too much. 76 would be a great value for Sorin's defence, and then we would have a great attack/defence ratio. So for Sorin you have RECOGNISED that he has higher attack than defence, and a very high aggression, but you have applyed wrong values which result in a Sorin that wont perform very realistically. There are other values such as shot accuracy, and jump, whcih again you dont have the right standard. You need to realise exactly what a value of 74 for shot accuracy is going to dictate in game.

There are other examples I could quote but I would have thought you get the idea from this point. (For example Gattuso's stamina. Do you really think he has the best stamina in the game?) What it sums up to is that you are judging by the wrong STANDARDS. You are doing well to recognise what are strong points of each player and what their weak points, but the application of wrong values is resulting in stats which will play quite unrealistically.

Nice Lehmann mads but i'd like to say that 78 is low for mentality as Lehmann noticeably plays better under pressure. Also i think that his goalkeeping skill could be slightly reduced as 90 sounds a lot. I play him with a goalkeeping skill of 86 and he playes really good. Generally your work is very good mads:)
