Making a new team

Well, I am wondering how to do that. The only way I found how to play with custom team is editing existing teams, I edited Blackpool (Coca-cola championship team) and I am now playing with it, but is there way to create a whole new team?
If you go into edit mode and then 'edit team' it will show you a list of all the teams in the game. If you go along to 'other teams' there is a list of teams called Team A, Team B etc which just contain generic players that all look the same.
You can then edit these teams to create Blackpool (or Sheffield United in my case).
You can then choose this team when starting a Masters League and start with the default players or the generic players.

Did you just make it or did you use something to make the actual players/strips/badge?

I just used the Masters League default players (Jaric, Castolo etc) for my team but I made my own kit and badge in the edit team section. The kit was really easy to do but the badge was a lot harder and, if I'm totally honest, looks pretty pants!
