Making Kits without a download

I was wondering if some could help..

I am new to pro evo as i have been a fifa fan for years (i must say pes is loads better and i dont know why it toke so long to change to pes)

the problem i am having is making the kits in the edit mode i have searched on the forum and all i can seem to find are downloads but i habe not chipped my 360 so i was wondering if some had any links or anything to help me to create all the kits for the premier league teams
