Managers 4-2-1-3 List

Hi everyone, i will post managers with 4-2-1-3 formation and his strenght. If someone can help i will be grateful. Because this formation is very strange in high valuations and i need a good manager, because i'm around of the 60 in the my club ranking and can't use great players because his valuations are too low :'(

B. Hasi - 540
Staureem - 520
Srimtlaar - 500

Everyone gets the same coaches in the daily list or depends on different factors, like how many games you have played so far in MyClub, the players you have, etc?
