i think the only problem with the formation of the manchester united team is that some of the players don't play like thay do in real life.
and the fact that you have to edit the players to make the team and gameplay more realistic.
e.g:Gary N is crap on the game, so is keane and scholes. plus also roony and hienze are no were as good as they are in real life.

Manchester United 4-3-3. Ronaldo, Rooney and Van Nistelrooy as forwards.
If Van Nistelrooy is injured. Ronaldo and Giggs as wing forwards and Rooney as the main striker. Van Der Sar is better than Howard. Top class. You can't beat that.

Have keane as DMF and other 2 as CMF makin runs forward, works really well, unbeaten

There are two ways to do this, change tactics from semi-auto to manual. Then:

1-(Tailor made) Choose eithewr formation A or B, then edit the position of your players accordingly, then choose one of the four buttons to switch positions anytime during the game.

2- (Ready made) Just choose change sides in the tactics menu, then choose one of the four buttons to switch positions. This tactic can also be performed in semi-automatic.

For defence arrows , all high but Giggs and Van nestle low , soliska normal.

This is the best INFO u will find dont change players trust me , Team work is very very important.
