What is in your opinion best formation and squad for Manchester United team, obviously with Larsson?

Park is a good DMF on Pro Evo 6 as his stamina is something like 95.

Whats wrong with the default formation? Doesn't matter what formation you use just give the ball to Ronaldo or Rooney and dribble + shoot = goal

It works a treat! Saha is a goal machine in PES, shame he isn't so much in real life

i think you mean 5-3-2 with saha and rooney in front.

Why do you all play Vidic when his stats are so much worse than Silvestre's? In real life, Vidic every time but not in the game (for me).

And yep, captain stamina wins the battles in midfield!

He's a beast in the air and he has low aggression. Silvestre likes going forward too often and will often leave gaps. I tend to use Vidic against tall strikers and Silvestre against fast strikers.

I don't know if you lot know this or not but alan smith's stats arnt great in normal match mode but he is still quality, in master league he is a must have because his stats get amazing.
I have played o'shea as my defensive midfielder since pro evo 4 and he is steady as a rock.
As for Vidic he is a god, gets his head to almost 99% of high balls, he's strong, decent at tackling and dangerous form corners. Silvestre is wank!

I'd love to play with 3 at the back but I find there's always one unmarked guy of theirs who only has to make a run on goal, so it's always 4 defenders in my case. As for Silvestre, he has better stats than Vidic so to call him wank is a bit unrealistic.

Fair enuff, iv always played with 3 defenders since pro evo soccer on the PS1 and generaly i don't get caught out at the back. Players shudn't be picked just on their stats. I was wrong to say silvestre is wank but Vidic is a must have player in the master league. Im doing a ML with bolton at the mo and the only Man utd players i have got are Vidic and O'shea because they are both quality players despite their stats being average.

Good point, stats are not always the most important thing, depends how you want them to function I guess. Some players might not have good stats but have height or might have a special ability or two. Fair play with 3 at the back, if it works for you that's the main thing.
