I bought a player, he accepted transfer, I offered him payment bigger than he had, and I went to "apply". But he is not in the team a week after that!!! Can someone help?

one more:
how should i sell players? i didn't find that option.
and, if I don't renew contract with players, would they go?

It is the player's current team that accepted the transfer fee. The player himself must have then rejected your salary offer. When this happens, you have to go through the whole process again the next week.

You sell player by going to "My Team" under Negotiations, select the player you want to sell, and then pick the option that says something similar to "make available for transfer" or something like that. Then you'll have to wait for someone to make an offer for him in the remaining weeks of the transfer period.

If you do not renew a contract, that player will become a free agent the next week and no longer be on your team.
