Shit actually not, bummer. I used it so much last year, and friend said it still worked...I just tested it like 15 different ways...

Apparently it should work, but there's new encryption on the OF, is what I'm told...

I was hoping there'd be no encryption given that the save files are Konami's own (.BINs), as opposed to Sony's.

I wonder if any data is visible using a hex editor, comparing two files with a single difference (one player transferred for another, for example). In my days of FIFA editing, that's how the great Chau Le put together his tools. But I'm guessing the encryption knackers it...

This one had a built in decryption/encryption.

Other ones I used before you had to decrypt first...

My friend's theory is 2017 has new decryption, and when a new OF decrypter is released this will work. But that's not proven.
