This is the 1st Pro edition I've ever tried loans and I've got 3/3. Offered them what ever came up in the agreement and they came. Suprised really, especialy as Cech is no1 for Seville, Sergio Ramous is no1 choice at RB for Madrid and Torres finished top scorer for Liverpool the season b4 in ML.

i was surprised at this... i was applying for transfers when i just had the crazy spur-of-the-moment thing and just applied for loan on Messi, Pato and Giovinco...
imagine my shock when all three landed straight away to my team... a team struggling at the bottom of the table of Division 2 and in dire need of some heroics. I thought it was a fluke at first, so then i applied for Heitinga... he came the next week...
transfers are crazy in this game... u just can loan out on anybody... absolutely anybody....
i feel like this is a way of cheating to get your team to the top...
after these 4 came into the squad, i got 5 straight wins... goals shared between the attacking trio of Pato, Messi and Giovinco... whatever must have their managers thought when sending them out on loan :"Ok boys, go out there and help that team out... and be back!!!"

Might try a whole team of loan players next season, see if it works. Loan in all the best players for each position and see how I get on lol.

think i may just use this once or twice. it would ruin the atmosphere of the ML if you get a team full of loans in. just cos i'm a stickler for keeping it realistic as poss

Well, I started a ML yesterday. I created my own team, therefore I am playing with that crap default players (Ivarov, Castollo, etc.). Let's see whether will work or not in this situation.
Other thing is I'm playing on PS2. Let's see whether works too.

yes but see this is so much more realistic, because for example, look at Wigan, they loaned ZAKI to get somewhere , so now in PES you can do the same which is Great!
the transfers are the same. for example on my ML Van Persie went chelsea ye, but Arsenal went and bought Henry again! lol
like in real life, no one expected Silvestre to come arsenal but he did andd hes great!
so i think its great.
personal experience: i loaned only for 6 weeks, Borriello, for 190 Points lol. and funnny enough he was most of the time Good/Perfect condition
also my first time for Loans but i guess i will only use this to either gain experience of a player to see if its worth buying him

I agree, I've never failed with loans, got Balotelli while still in Division 2. By the way, are loans only possible in the January transfer window? I tried making loans throughout the end-of-season transfer window, and every week the option to open loan negotiations was greyed out, for every player I tried... Every single one!

You can only loan for the second half of the season.
I run on loans a lot, but I've only loaned realistic players; Richard Garcia, Whelan, Barmby, Brunt, Lastuvka, Ramsey... gonna go for Delap in the next mid-season transfer window, and Ricardo Fuller too. That will see me get 3 points against Arsenal...

If PES gamers didn't have scruples....
You can actually loan any player (that is available for loan) for just 1 point. I tested this a few nights ago with a 100% success rate on any player that was listed as available for loan during the mid-season transfer period; players included:
C.Ronaldo
Ronaldinho
Pato
Pirlo
Benzema
Rosina
Konami are beginning to move in the right direction with some of the recently introduced elements to ML (scouting lists, player/team popularity etc.). However, Konami can do more with the off-field AI controlled teams;
from the spurious transfer occurrences (S.Gerrard to Chievo - really?) to starting eleven that opposing teams pick - which often leave there first choice goalkeepers/strikers on the bench etc. PES will never be a pseudo-realistic management sim like Football Manager - but there are some fundamental and logical additions it could apply to make a great (if somewhat stale) gaming mode more fit for purpose - we buy the game because we love football - ergo - we are interested in what happens off the pitch as well as what happens on it!

u can loan players for 0 points i found that i could not sign messi for any amount on the scout list there was 0% chance so i tried loan he came i then figured out u can loan players for nothing i aint gona loan a whole team tho it would be too easy i loaned c ronaldo messi arda turan and fabragas il buy arda turan and try buy messi sometime but the others can go back lol
