my ml is coming on well. near the end of season two. won the league but now my form seems to be dropping as i have suffered 2 1-1 draws in the past 3 games. managed to scrape by to a 1-0 win against chelsea to get the cup and won an epic 3-2 battle against real madrid to win the champions league. and even after this i still seem to be having trouble trying to sign a defender like heitinga or ramos

I signed Barjaktarevic (swedish keeper) from Kalmar FF. He's now 24 years so he is around 22 in the beginning of the game (don't know how many seasons you've played so far). But he plays great in the premier league for me.

i think its every season. the goal keeper i got from the youth team wasnt there in the first season and appeared during my second season

on that not just ended my 2nd season well. although final match drew 3-3 in an epic manchester derby

i think from what i have seen its basically the first few weeks of the new season that they turn up.

i won the league this season with city coming second. lol.

although im amazed at how easily players are leaving city. a few left within the first season. and now at the start of the 3rd season robinho has gone to tottenham. even chelsea too. deco and lampard have moved on.

i picked up a ml youth player from a spanish team to strengthen up my defence.

^ Thank you for the response mate. Even though i would like to try some youth team players, i just think some of their stats are unrealistic - several in threads in here posted players being 16 years old having overall 86, 96 etc.. Even having your youth team on level 5, i think this is crazy..

Can you literally steal, for example, ManU's upcoming star when they aren't signed? So can we sign other youth team players but from other teams?

My guess would be no. Even if you do a search there's basically no 15-16 year old players on the list (unless they're signed as professional)

regarding to the youth issue, you cannot sign other team's youth unless they promote them to be professional. On top of that, from my experience, you cannot sign them when they just signed the professional contract, you gotta wait for a bit. Goodluck with that!

i am in my 2nd season, the month of march. I am a die-hard Manchester United fan so obviously using united. Recently trying to play without Wazza cos he is way too strong, too easy to score when he is playing... dont wanna be Ronney-dependent!!

^ You're welcome mate. I'd recommend Kasper Schmeichel as well, but since his club is not in the game and i moved him to unbelonging before starting ML, he's not in my league.. Big mistake assuming we still could by players without their club being in the ML

Well great signings??

The only signings I've made in the 1 and a half season I have been playing. Started out by the way with the original PES United team, then changed it to form my own team F.C. Evolution. So many of the original players still in my team. Sold off Metelger (Because I wasn't playing him at all) R. Acuna (Because he was a national player, and like metelger I didn't give him his deserving playing time.)

Transfers In
Well three players from my youth program. And on Loan I have Dadda from the dutch club VVV Venlo. Although young he is capable, and a damaging right foot on him. Trying at the moment to get the necessary players to fill in after my older players have moved on. But like many ppl have found out. Getting transfers isn't anymore a question of just laying down crazy amounts of money. If your team ranks low, which it should from the start unless ofcourse you pick to start with a monsterhouse team "Madrid, Barca, ManU." But for me the simply reason why I am having a hard time with getting transfers. Is simply either my team is still too low. Although winning my Div 2 and doing rather well in Div 1 battling it out with Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord at the moment. But seeing that the team rankings are only adjusted once a season. I can only hope that by season 2 some nehsayers will finally wise up and strenghten my team. And ofcourse wanting a transfer from a team that knows that they will weaken and make you stronger with a transfer that is not listed on the transfer list or on the loan list will ofcourse make almost every transfer hit a brick wall.

Damn yeah I was at work at had nothing to do .

^ If you want insane players from your youth team, just upgrade the level to 5 as quickly as possible - Some people in here posted pictures showing 16 year olds with 96 in overall! SO unrealistic.. I'm definetely not gonna sign anyone from my youth team..
