lol what is stupid about it? Its a fantastic idea. In the real world u just cant open a book which is a directory of all the players in the world with their full stats etc.
Every team in the world has to send scouts out to look for talent. That is life. The reason teams like man utd and barcelona etc find raw talent is because they have many scouts in different countries who keep their ears to the ground on what players are doing well at smaller clubs.
This is a great introduction to master league and makes it much more realistic in my opinion.
Yh on the surface its a good idea but its a disaster actually using it. Its so annoying not knowing anyones stats atall. In your pes past you must of cycled through the pages and come across a good looking talent and signed him up. How am i ment to do that now?
For example lets say 'Player A' is unbelievably good and relativly unknown and plays in another league to me with no european expectations. In past pes' i would go through lists of players and find him and be increibly happy. Now in 2010 to find him how would i do it? I'd have to basically randomly just go to odd teams and scout players ive never heard of in a vein effort to find 'player A'.
Even if i go on the list system and search 'Striker' it always comes up with utter shit like Pizzaro. Im looking for the new Aguero and in this new system ill just never be able to sign anyone unknown as it will just be too much hassle and will leave me with a list of 50 players who ive scouted and turns out they're crap.
I dont hate this game and infact i am absolutely in love with it. Currently up with pes 6 for me. My ML with R. Madrid is really fun and im in a title race for once but to me transfers are the heartbeat of the ML and this is an unwanted bombshell for me.
